There’s no better way to run on different terrain and enjoy an extraordinary experience in the great outdoors than trail running. It’s no coincidence that over 1.5 million people in France and around the world take up the sport. But have you heard of the Stations de Trail ® ? If you’re looking to escape the monotony of everyday life and discover the thrills of trail running, head for the Pays d’Aubagne et de l’étoile.
The Station de Trail® concept
A Trail Station is a space entirely dedicated to responsible trail running. Beginners and experts come together around shared values to train and excel. The 1st Station de Trail®imagined by the Rossignol Group was born in Chartreuse in 2011. Today, they form a network of 40 bases and are grouped together at ON TRACK. This web platform is run by enthusiasts with in-depth knowledge of the terrain, who share a wealth of reliable information free of charge. It includes practical data on marked trails, advice (suitable equipment, etc.) and tested and validated addresses (quality restaurants, comfortable accommodation, etc.). Since 2022, the service has been available on a free app (App Store, GooglePlay) and includes other outdoor sports.
