Reservations
Make my reservation
You can book directly on our website. You can also contact us by e-mail: contact@youcamp-marseille.fr
Group bookings
For bookings of more than 8 people, please send us your request by e-mail: groupes@youcamp-marseille.fr
Method of payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The total amount of the stay must be paid no later than 15 days before the date of arrival. Payments can be made with vacation vouchers, Connect vacation vouchers or by bank transfer.
The following are not accepted: cash (on site only, for camping pitches without prior reservation), cheques, American Express and VACAF.
Pay with vacation vouchers (ANCV)
1) I wish to pay the deposit and/or the totality of my stay by cheque :
– Get a quote for your stay on our website to find out how much to send.
– Contact us on 04 42 82 19 95 or by e-mail so that we can make the booking for you. This will enable us to make an imprint on your credit card for the amount of your stay (not debited), which will be cancelled when we receive your vacation vouchers before your stay or on arrival.
Vacation vouchers must be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, to the following address: YOUCAMP VILLAGE 1915 CHEMIN DE LA THUILIERE 13400 AUBAGNE.
2) I would like to pay the deposit by credit card and the balance by vacation vouchers :
Please note that this procedure is only available for bookings made more than 15 days before the date of your stay.
– Book your stay online and pay the deposit by credit card.
– Contact us on 04 42 82 19 95 or by e-mail so that we can make an imprint on your credit card of the amount of the stay (not debited) which will be cancelled when we receive the vacation vouchers before your stay or on arrival.
3) I would like to pay with ANCV CONNECT vacation vouchers :
You can only book your stay with Chèques Vacances Connect (ANCV CONNECT) by calling 04 42 82 19 95.
Cash payment: We do not accept cash payments for advance bookings. We only accept cash if you arrive without a reservation for a pitch (subject to availability).
Deposit: Please note that we will ask you for a deposit (200€ non-refundable by credit card only) for your accommodation on arrival.

Cancellation conditions & cancellation insurance
In the event of cancellation, regardless of the booking method, the customer must send an e-mail to the campsite requesting cancellation of the stay. If the cancellation occurs :
– no later than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the amounts paid will be reimbursed in full, excluding booking fees;
– less than 15 days before the rental date, the rental is due in full.
Special case: if you have taken out cancellation insurance, we will issue an invoice to enable you to justify the amount spent to your insurer. Any stay not cancelled in accordance with the above conditions will be invoiced in full. Refunds will only be issued once payment has been validated, and within an average of 15 working days. Discover our general conditions of sale . Book with peace of mind by taking out cancellation insurance with our partner Campez Couvert de Gritchen. This insurance costs 4.5% of the total cost of your stay. COVID-19: With proof of illness, this insurance covers cancellations and interruptions of stays by Covid-19 customers. This insurance also covers many other reasons for cancellation or interruption: serious illness, accident, visa refusal, separation, professional transfer, redundancy, theft…”.

About the campsite
Accommodation : Practical info
Equipment
Our accommodations are equipped and furnished (French press coffee maker, kettle and crockery, broom, dustpan and brush, etc.). The inventory of your accommodation is available right here : Inventory of accommodations However, you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and cleaning products. Sheet sets are available to hire from £17 for a single bed and £24 for a double bed. Most of our mobile homes have reversible air conditioning. Additional heating and fans are available in other accommodation depending on the season.
Wifi
There is no wifi in the accommodation or on the pitches. However, there is free access around reception and our bar area, as well as 4G/5G throughout the site.
Drawer bottoms in our homes and bathrooms.
Do you have any food or hygiene products that you don’t want to take with you when you leave? We invite you to leave them in your accommodation or in the designated bin in the washroom for the next guests! With us, nothing goes to waste! The right bin for the right job! Pitches : Practical info
Electrified pitches are for up to 5 people. Freecamp pitches are for a maximum of 4 people, or for groups.
Electrified sites
Our electrical terminals are equipped with a European or French plug (8 amps). As the terminals can sometimes be far from the assigned location, an extension cord is required . If you don’t have an electrical adapter or extension lead, we can lend you one for a deposit of €20.
Access to water
Drinking water kiosks are available near reception and washrooms.
Drain
Water treatment at our campsite is environmentally friendly.
– Aubagne: free, 10 minutes away, Auchan service station, Zone des Paluds
– Gémenos: free, 10 minutes away, Cours Sudre, behind the post office
Sanitary drawer bottom
Do you have any food or hygiene products left over that you don’t want to take with you when you leave? We invite you to leave them in the bin provided! With us, nothing goes to waste!

Youcamp Village offers you an open-air reception area to organize your events or gatherings, with a range of activities and à la carte entertainment to suit your needs. This privatized space is shaded and in the heart of nature, so you can enjoy a peaceful welcome from 9am to 10pm. Depending on the season, we can offer several types of event, with catering available on request.
– For individuals: family reunions, cousinades, birthdays, garden parties…
– For professionals: seminars, incentives, training courses, team meetings…
– For clubs, associations: gatherings, meals, meetings, general assemblies…

Your arrival at the campsite
Before you arrive
Payment for your stay
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The total amount for your stay must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival date. A security deposit will be requested upon arrival (€200, payable by cash only). This is a simple precautionary measure to protect our facilities. It will be automatically cancelled at 2 p.m. on the day of your departure.
Points to consider
> For accommodation:
Bed linen, towels and cleaning products are not provided. However, we do offer rental kits of sheets, towels and bath mats.
> For pitches:
As the campsite is equipped with an ecological water treatment system, it is not possible to empty grey or black waste water. We therefore advise you to do this before your arrival. Please let us know the size of your tent or camper van before you arrive, to facilitate your placement. Bring a European adapter and a 25m extension lead just in case.
Your arrival
The reception is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 (November to March) / every day from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00 (20:00 in summer).
We welcome you:
– For accommodation from 3 p.m.
– For pitches from 3 p.m.
For everyone’s peace and quiet, the access gate is closed from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. Please leave your vehicle in the parking lot and walk to your accommodation/site.
Access to campsite outside opening hours
Are you planning to arrive after reception has closed? Don’t panic, just call us on 04 42 82 19 95 to arrange your arrival in advance. We’ll give you the gate code, the key (if you’ve booked accommodation) and a map of the campsite.

Extend or shorten your stay
Extensions are always possible (subject to availability). If you have made a booking (for accommodation or a pitch), no refund will be possible in the event of early departure on your part (link to Terms and Conditions). We invite you to come directly to reception to discuss the options for extending or shortening your stay in detail.
Home
We are available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm (November to March) / every day from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm (8pm in summer) at the campsite reception, by email or by telephone.
Wifi
You can use the campsite’s Wifi network free of charge around reception and at the bar (not available in accommodation, 4G everywhere).
Our bar
Discover our bar, offering a wide selection of hot drinks, soft drinks, cocktails, local beers, and regional wines. We are also delighted to offer you our short menu of dishes prepared with love. If you fancy breakfast, you can take advantage of our bread, pastries, and breakfast set menu delivery service. You can place your order at the bar counter before 5.30 pm the day before for the following day. Your order can be collected from 8.30 am at the bar or taken away, and you can pay at that time. The breakfast menu consists of a pastry, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice and a large hot drink for €8 per person. The bar is open every day from 8.30pm to 7pm from April to early October (until 10pm in July and August).
Our grocery store
At our campsite reception, you’ll find our small grocery store. You’ll find local and camping products, as well as guidebooks and maps of the region.
Our laundry
We have a laundry area with a washing machine (€6 per token and eco-friendly detergent) and a dryer (€4 per token) located behind the sanitary facilities. Tokens can be purchased at Reception.
Our shared sanitary facilities
The sanitary block is open all year round. It has:
– 9 showers (including 1 for PRMs)
– 10 WCs (including 2 for PRMs)
– 1 baby area
– 8 dishwashing basins
– 5 laundry basins
Our pool
Feel like a dip? Enjoy our beautiful pool from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm every day, weather permitting, from mid-May to the end of September. Please note that the pool is unsupervised, and anyone under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

For rent
– Refrigerator lockers at 6.5€ per day (subject to availability, located behind the sanitary facilities)
– Electric planchas at 7€ per day (subject to availability).
You are in an area where there is a high risk of fire. Barbecues, campfires and candles are therefore prohibited on the campsite. .

– Inflatable paddles €30 per day
– Bodyboards €5 per day
– Mask & snorkel kits €3 per day

On request
– A freezer is available to campsite guests for ice-cream loaves only, located behind the sanitary block.
– Extension leads and adapters for the electrical terminals on the pitches.
– Baby chairs, changing mats and cots on request from reception (subject to availability). You’ll find a baby area in the sanitary block with a changing table.
– Books.
– Board games.
– Petanque balls, Frisbee, molkky, ping-pong…
– Valuables can be deposited at the campsite reception.
Need local help?
Troubleshooting
If you encounter a technical problem in your accommodation or on your pitch, please let us know directly at reception so that our technical team can intervene (if you are missing certain items from your accommodation, if you are unable to operate a piece of equipment, etc.).

Parking
Parking is available at the campsite entrance. All accommodation is in a pedestrian zone. This means you can only drop off your luggage at your accommodation and then park your vehicle in the parking lot. For everyone’s peace and quiet, the entrance gate is closed from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am. If you arrive during these hours, you will not be able to access your accommodation/pitch by vehicle.
House rules
Your pets
We accept your pets (except category one and two dogs) provided they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and are under the permanent supervision of their master and kept on a leash (it is forbidden to leave your pet alone in an accommodation). A supplement of €3.5 per animal per night will be charged.
Noise and safety
For everyone’s peace and quiet, we ask you to keep the campsite quiet between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am. Traffic on the site is limited to 10 km/h. We are in a high-risk fire zone. For this reason, charcoal barbecues, campfires, candles and cigarettes are prohibited on site. Before setting off on your hike, check the weather forecast and make sure the massifs are open by calling 08 11 20 13 13 or visiting bouches-du-rhone.gouv.fr. We advise you to stay on the marked trails, take your cell phone with you to contact the fire department in the event of a fire or accident, and take water with you.
Drain
Water treatment at our campsite is environmentally friendly. Dumping black water is therefore prohibited on the campsite. Drainage areas are available nearby:
– Aubagne: free, 10 minutes away, Auchan service station, Zone des Paluds
– Gémenos: free, 10 minutes away, Cours Sudre, behind the post office
Shared sanitary facilities
You’ll find showers, WCs, washbasins, dishwashing bins & laundry bins at your disposal. Please leave the premises in the same condition as you found them, for everyone’s comfort.
Selective sorting and compost
You’ll find our waste sorting and composting area at the campsite entrance. We provide biodegradable compost bags and compost garbage cans in the accommodation. Compostable bags for dog waste are available at reception.
Public transport nearby
Shuttle
A free shuttle bus runs every day except Sundays and public holidays from 7am to 7pm and stops at our Claire Fontaine bus stop. It runs from La Treille (departure point for Marcel Pagnol’s trails) to Aubagne station (bus no. 10, timetable available at lepilote.com). This station provides bus and train services to nearby towns (Cassis, Marseille, La Ciotat, Aix-en-Provence, etc.).

Eco-responsible actions
Our daily eco-gestures
All campers are asked to follow a few guidelines in order to respect the environmental cycle of the campsite (exclusive use of eco-friendly products for laundry, washing up and hygiene). You can find these products for sale at reception. A few simple steps:
– Turn off lights when you leave your home
– Turn off air conditioning in the evening and when a window is open
– Do not leave phones and computers charging at night
– Unplug cables when they are no longer in use
Our wastewater treatment plant
All our accommodation is connected to an ecological wastewater treatment plant located below the campsite. All wastewater is treated on site by a natural filtration system, limiting our impact on the environment. No pesticides are used on the entire site.

Maintenance products
All the cleaning products used by our team are eco-labeled and fully comply with the requirements of our ecological sanitation system.
Insect habitat
An insect habitat has been installed on our campsite to encourage the development of “auxiliary” insects such as ladybugs, butterflies, bees, earwigs, lacewings, ground beetles… It’s up to you to find it!
PMR access
In Location
The campsite is accessible to PRM only for pitch bookings. Our accommodations are all equipped with an elevated terrace with stairs, and require assistance in the event of a stay by a person with reduced mobility.
Sanitary facilities
Our sanitary block has a shower room and two adapted toilets. Don’t hesitate to ask us to be close to the sanitary block when booking your stay.
Our services
The reception and bar are accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a ramp leads to our swimming pool. Our team is on hand to help you and respond to your needs, to give you the best possible camping experience.

When you leave
Departure information
Check-out times
Departures must be before 10:00 am for accommodation (no inventory of fixtures) and before 12:00 pm for pitches. You can leave your keys with us at reception or in the key box at the reception entrance, outside reception opening hours.
Household
Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy.
– Wash the dishes and put them away clean and dry
– Turn off the radiator/fan/air conditioner/lights
– Clean the accommodation
– Take out the rubbish
– Lock up the accommodation and return the keys to Reception
An end-of-stay cleaning package is available if you do not wish to clean.
Current situation
We do not carry out an inventory of fixtures on your departure. We invite you to notify us during your stay if you notice any anomaly in your accommodation so that we can intervene as quickly as possible. We can then make an appointment to solve the problem. Deposits will be automatically cancelled on the afternoon of your departure.
